    Cutting Diet by Blaz

    Hi All,

    This is my cutting diet i'm starting next week. Comments welcome.

    Stats:
    32
    5'11"
    215lbs (97kg)

    I finished my second cycle of test prop about a month ago and while it was only a short cycle, I gained 8kg and have managed to retain a lot of it. The cutting phase is just about to commence and i'm aiming to get from about 15%bf to 11%bf over 12 weeks. Aim is to maintain as much LBM as possible so i'm still consuming a moderate levels of carbs though I shall be complimenting my workouts with 4-5 cardio sessions a week - boxing, MMA etc.

    Diet is as follows and macros are in the P/C/F format as usual:

    Meal 1
    80g oats
    1 scoop whey
    3x fish oil caps
    40/44/6 total cals 390

    Meal 2
    Can of tuna
    19/0/0 total cals 85

    Meal 3
    180g chicken breast
    1/2 cup brown rice
    63/70/8 total cals 604

    Workout

    Meal 4
    2 scoops whey
    40g oats
    59/22/8 total cals 396

    Meal 5
    150g chicken breast
    1/4 cup brown rice
    50/35/6 total cals 394

    Meal 6
    200g steak
    salad/broccoli
    62/0/7 total cals 311

    Meal 7
    1 scoop casein
    19/1/0 total cals 80

    Totals 312/172/36 total cals 2260

    I'm not expecting this diet to be particularly exciting as you can see from its content however I got such solid gains from the cycle that all I need to do now is cut the excess and i'll be stoked with my progress.
