    clean bulking

    I'm looking for a good clean bulking diet for a 26 yr old male, 170lbs, 5'10"?

    Yeah, I doubt someone would sit down and write you a whole diet.

    EAS mass gainer shake

    Meat(2cans of tuna, chicken breast, or steak), half a whole wheat bagel, bannana

    Cottage cheese, nuts, an apple

    Meat(same as above), mixed vegetables, half a wheat bagel

    Beef jerky, nuts, berries

    EAS mass gainer shake

    Terrible diet. Mass gainers are FAT producers. Get rid of that crap unless your goal is to be bloated and add more fat than muscle. Those gainers are one if the biggest scams ripping you off at a nutrition store. They are loaded with sugars to make you FAT.

    Are you calculating your kcals and macros at all?

    I read the blog on that and still a little confused on that. I did do the calculation and figured out around 3000 calories though

    Sorry its MHP not EAS and its only got 2 grams of sugar per serving

    There are about 100 'ingredients' in it. You can make your own shake with powdered oats and whey. I add cottage cheese to mine. You can also add some natty PB if you wish.

    You really need to go back and read that sticky and learn about macro's too. When you have done that repost your diet, without the mass gainer shit, and include calories and macros. If you don't know what you are eating you will never be able to proceed with great success.

    BTW, you do know if you bulk you will likely gain fat? And you are already 20%?

    Don't sound too bad. I was cutting the past couple of weeks and dropped 10 pounds and got down to about 15% body now but didn't want to drop too much after putting on 25 pounds the first time I bulked. I will read that sticky again thanks.
