Flu Aftermath
Got a bad case of gastroenteritis (stomach flu), even had to go to the hospital since I was so dehydrated and couldn't even stomach water, needed IV. Anyways, over the course of 11 days, I didn't train once, zero supplementation (vitamins/creatine), and I lost 12 lbs. My question is can I safely assume the weight loss was mostly water? Secondly, should I pyramid back into training starting off lighter and take 2-3 weeks to work back up to what I was doing? Finally, I was given a strict list of foods to eat for a 1-week period, should I also slowly work back into my old diet as well?

Bro I just made a post about me having some stomach issues. I just read your post and honestly I think this is what I have so I looked into it a little. My conclusion is easing back into things is the general rule of thumb... Small easy to digest meals and light training would probably be the way to go.
