For the past 10 weeks I've been trimming up in order to drop my BF in the 10-12% range before cycle. I'll be running a beginner cycle E at 500/wk etc. My question is, when I begin
cycle what would be a good calorie surplus to shoot for? Currently my TDEE is ~2900 so I've been getting in around 2400(40c/40p/20f) on workout days and 2000(35c/45p/20f) on my
off days. I want to gain LBM as best as possible and keep BF in check. I know I'll pick up some BF along the way hence the reason I trimmed down beforehand.
