    Cheap Home Made Gainer

    I just started bulking again and i don't have a lot of $ to spend on supplements so this was my idea of a homemade gainer and it teasts great

    Ingredients

    -------------------------------------------------------------------

    200gr of Oats 718cal 112gr carbs 26gr protein

    2 Banana 220cal 58gr carbs 2gr protein

    2 scoops of Whey protein 260cal 10gr carbs 48gr protein

    Nutrition

    -------------------------------------------------

    1,198cal

    180gr carbs

    76gr protein

    16gr fat

    You can also add 2 spoons of olive oil

    Try adding some milk powder to it, great for bulking, for £1 per box its a bargain, ( good quality protein too)

    Add grapeseed oil. Very little taste, and it is great for your lipids.

    Don't we get plenty of GSO from our shots? or does that not convert to any form of dietary fat when absorbed in the muscle
