    Diet advice please.

    I work as a teacher and I am in school between 6am and 3:10pm every weekday I am 6ft and 285 about 30-35% body fat, what can I do?

    Post what you eat on a daily basis and go from there.

    Fruit and peanut butter toast in the morning with coffee and the AMP pro ripped vitapak from GNC giving me my main daily vitamins(egg whites sometimes), snack at about 9am of nuts, lunch at 12 consisting of 2 wheat wraps with breaded chicken and lettuce dipped in hot sauce & ranch(same thing every weekday), snack at 3 of nuts again(mainly almonds as they are cheap) dinner at about 6/7 with meat veggies fruit some, PM snack at 9 being fruit of some sort or more almonds

    Also Please note I am taking 5mg of albuterol twice a day (10mg total)

    These are the things you ate to become 30% body fat? You're looking at losing weight obviously, are you willing to start counting calories and weighing some food?
    Do you need help on how much you should be eating to lose weight, or you just don't know what to eat?

    You want to get to a desired weight.
    Read on Glycemic Index, eat food with a low GI and slowly eat less and less calories to let your body keep up with the change of diet.

    Eat 6 meals a day to keep your metabolic rate up.
    Eat following percentages on macros:

    20-30% proteins, depending on how much you work out.
    20-30% fat, depending on how much proteins you eat, only 7% should come from saturated fat, rest should be unsaturated.
    50% carbs.

    strong food like chili/thaifood raises metabolic rate.

    You do not need to eat 6 meals a day to keep your metabolism going, false

    Don't copy and paste shit from other websites , especially if it is false information

    285x35%=99.75

    285-99.75=185.25

    Therefore 185.25 X 15 = 2778 is your current TDEE

    2778 - 500 cal deficit = 2278 This i what your diet should be total cals to lose weight.

    I knew this would come up, I am prescribed albuterol in 2.5mg/3ml vials and 25 per box I get 2 boxes a month (if I need)

    U sure, cuz it says INHALATION solution. These usually come with a little plastic dick sticking out of it. Unless its used for some sort of vaporizer? Lets see a picture of a "vial"

    If I thought that I would have said that. But almost ALL rx albuterol is prescribed as an inhalant. Which that is intended to be. You can drink it, but you'd have to drink several of them a day to get the desired effect IF your diet was in check. U might get diarrhea with that much saline lol the best thing u can do with that is put it in ur nebulizer and set it on whatever cardio equipment ur on.

    No I get those for a "use as needed" (nebulizer) and I technically "abuse" my medication to get the desired fat loss effects

    That's why I said, it would b better off used as intended. To help with cardio. Because its not going to help u with ur diet like it is. U can drop fat at an exponential rate with a solid diet and cardio.

    I eat pretty clean probably 2500 calories a day and about every 2 hours cardio after workout

    No offense, but ur diet sucks, I read what u ate.

    IF you r loosing any weight, it's muscle. IF u are doing 2 hours of cardio after a work out. That's WAY to much. And even at 2500, ur probably 300-400 over what ur cal intake should be.

    Ur diet needs to be based around baked unbreaded chicken, fish, eggs, lean beef. U need to have 50% protein, 20% carbs, and 30% fats. Fats need to be mono or poly's and high in omegas. Carbs need to be whole grain. No white, no wheat.
