question about body types
Ok, i have no idea where to put this thread!! I am looking for thoughts on body types.....I always see commercials where someone weighs 290 then goes to 190 all muscular and vascular, which is great, but any time i see that, or any fitness model really, it's always some symmetrical, mostly muscular person with tiny little regular nipples who clearly just needed to leave McD's to lose a few pounds and was being lazy. I have always had larger nipples and fat in thighs, upper arms, and lower abs/back. Even now with relatively low body fat i still struggle with fat only in these areas. I know i won't lose the nipples, but is there anyone with knowledge on why this could be, I've heard i may naturally have more estrogen than most men which accounts for the way i carry body fat, idk, just looking for some input....I'm putting off any aas use because I'm worried I'll exacerbate these issues...oh, and if you read this far, thank you, sorry for long post, and if i need to move this let me know

The reason i bring this all up is my good friend and i are really good with our diets but he is built similarly and his cousin, who eats and exercises similarly to us (we all eat clean and do hiit-high rep-low rest time workouts) is definitely seeing better results but he fits the bill with his little bird nipples and evenly distributed fat deposits haha

What's the question?
Everyone's body is different, and responds different to anything you throw at it. Don't get discouraged because someone is progressing quicker than you, use it as motivation to push harder!

The question was is there merit to me having a bunch of estrogen causing me to retain fat under my nipples, it resembles gyno but I've never taken a steroid ....i am still motivated, i just fear that my body type won't allow me to look like i want, i mean even a very muscular female body builder still has breasts, is that gonna be me!? Lol

I think i should do that, and i know people are vastly different i guess i just got discouraged, someone was like bro you got the estrogen tits them don't go away, i will admit it rattled me but i can't get much info about it online that fits my look, it's all people who clearly don't eat right and exercise, he was right tho the before/after people seem to all have much more evenly distributed fat deposits!

The fact of the matter is you are the only person you should be competing against to be better than. I'm still learning this myself. It's ridiculously unrealistic (and unfair) to compare ourselves to others, seeing as we're all individuals.
If you are dealing with estrogen related issues (regardless of lack of AAS history), a good doc can help. Worst case scenario, surgery is always an option. So whoever told you that "shit don't go away" is full of shit themselves.
