    Pre workout meal

    i eat sandwich [ 2 slice medium toast + 1tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp jam + 1 banana ] for pre workout
    i wanna know is this meal good for doing heavy train ?

    Yep. Any quality protein source will do. Egg whites is an excellent choice.

    Also give ample time for it to digest and be able to use the energy from it. Hour at bare min 1.5-2h is ideal. Dunno if u know, just thought if drop that in

    What if u get straight up and workout don't eat nothing? Is that bad? Also just cutting a few pounds. I don't have time to eat wait an hour then go workout. Or what's something quick I can eat? Thanks

    I'd say if you're primarily focusing on cutting bodyfat, it's not the worst thing in the world. I've worked out fasted and actually had some of the best workouts of my life. I would recommend about 10g BCAA's prior though.

    If you're looking to add mass, I'd find a way to eat. Wake up earlier. Get everything prepared the night before. I workout at 6am and am up eating my first meal at 5am (still not really a great amount of time, but it's the best I can do). Find meals that are quick, convenient and easy. I basically have 2 go to meals that work for me and take about 5 minutes in the morning to prep before I'm eating.
