Throughout the day: 25 HumaPro tablets - 140g protein

Lunch: Brown Pasta (150g), Sauce (250g), Cheese (50g)

Dinner: Vegetable/bean curry, yogurt and some sort of bread

Between lunch/dinner: Egg 100% protein (100g) and (300ml) whole milk - 90g protein

Before sleep: (2 scoop) whey and (300ml) whole milk with (4 tbsp) almonds - 90g protein

Totals:
2700 calories, <300g carbs, <80g fat, min 300g protein (based on totals above from supps)

Is this ok?
