Run a mile every morning and play basketball about 4-5 times a week.Being a diabetic I am limited to 3 heavy carb meals day with protein snacks in between. 9am (heavy meal)
A typical Breakfast would be
4 egg whites
2 whole wheat toast
oats
Multivitamin
Whey protein w (2%milk)
Or banana oatmeal, granola, eggs. I switch it up

12pm (protein only)
protein shake w/ water
Chicken, cheese

2pm (heavy meal)
Whole wheat pasta, brown rice, or baked pototoe
Chicken/fish
Green beans or any type of beans

5pm (preworkout)
Fruit
Granola bar
Protein shake w/ water

7pm (post workout) heavy meal.
Brown rice, whole wheat pasta or baked potatoe
Chicken, meat or fish
And a veg on the side
Protein shake w/ water

9pm
Turkey or ham
Cottage cheese

11 pm (Pre bed)
Casein
And more turkey

Feel free to add anything! the same thing 2 days in a row, I alternate. Here it is
