^ Why are you consuming 320g of protein? That's not necessary at all. Take that down to 225-250g and you'll be able to get there easier.

ok. I'm sorry, read that wrong. So now your intake is too low! lol.

What are you doing now to get 160g of protein? Is Tuna an issue for you? You don't have to eat red meat (if that's what you meant).

Tuna is fine with me if it will bump up the protein! Just red meat at this point is kept to a minimum Hahahaha plus I have a mass gainer post workout

Am I missing the problem here... Just eat more of anything other than red meats....

Is red meat the only thing you cannot consume?

What are you eating now on a daily basis....

There is no problem with taking in more whey protein to hit ur numbers....

I have the marker for chrons and suffer from ibs. I feel for ya. Have you ever tried kefir. Here's some info. I make my own using grains and 2% milk. Makes a world of difference.

You are welcome. Carbs. I love to hate them. You can do much better then what you are eating. Suggest you download app to track and post up your macros. A lot of folks like myfitnesspal. It's free .

I had ibs for 2 years because of a hpylori infection didnt find out that was the cause till later then I got it fixed.

KNOW its not the same thing but I had simmilar doctors orders,

What worked for me was confining my protein to dense but already macerated sources like tuna or shredded chicken and eating those at only 4 of my meals,

Then I would consume fiber literally all day with lots of water.

Results in you having to shit like 4 times a day, but none of them are too big.

    Hope this helps good luck
