So HUNGRY! Killer back workout
I had a cup of milk and whey protein post workout, then half a cup of cottage cheese and it's past bed time now... I'm starving but I already hit my macros and calories (3,8000) 480carbs 252 protein 97g fat. Should I eat another cup of cottage cheese or just go to bed... it's late and I already hit my numbers (way more cals than I need lol I'm at 175lbs first thing in the morning but I'm walking around at 183...). Help suggestions please?

I want to open up a pint of ben and jerrys ice cream and eat half of it but that would put me at 4400+ cals... (maintenance for 5'10 175lbs is way below that)... but I don't need any extra body fat
