My diet for cutting and cardio .. recommend please ?
Hi all
Stats :
height : 6'0
weight : 154 lb
bf : approx 15%
cardio ( hiit ) at home : 20-30 mins ED on empty stomach before breakfast ..
-rope jumping 15sec then jumping jacks 15sec then burpees 15sec then rest 15sec [ total = 1 min ] ... then repeat again
Diet :
meal 1 : 5 eggs [ 3 whites - 2 whole ] + 1/2 cup oats + 1 tbsp honey
meal 2 : meat [ beef or chicken ] + 1/4 cup white rice + veggies
meal 3 ( pre ) : 2 wrap tortilla + 5 egg whites + 1 tbsp peanut butter + { 1 banana 30mins before hitting gym }
meal 4 ( post ) : 1 wrap tortilla + 1 can tuna 200g + veggies
meal 5 : 250g cottage cheese + 1 tbsp olive oil
Macros ( approx ) :
pro : 250g
carbs : 150g
fats : 30g
cals : 1800

Yes , i lift
and i gonna cutting because i have most of my body fat on my stomach ..
i wanna drop body fat to 12% at least then start clean bulk !

I dont understand what you want us to say. Your extremely skinny with you'd stats. If you want to cut then continue as you are. You do not have much muscle to lose.
Then we can help with your clean bulk. A clean bulk is tough.
Continue your eating and hit and start lifting more. You have lots of muscle to build

I would lower protein a little and raise the fat. If your trying to cut I would drop the carbs to 120 or less and even do a zero/low carb day on a non training day. Consume all the good fats from almonds avocado etc..
