I was wondering, I am feeling super drianed this week and I wasnt going to have a cheat meal, but my body is hurting today, granted i did an abnormal amount of cardio yesterday (45 minutes HIT/HIIT, then an hour later played basketball for 2 hours, I was dead after it)


But I was wondering when I feel super drained to almost painful at times with the achey and weak, is that the body depleting additional fat storages and thats why I feel like that?


Or should I have my cheat meal that isnt bad like mcdonalds or something on that level. I usually have a portion of chicken parm with sauce and cheese over white rice.
