Just like the title says, I'm 6'4 214 pounds at 10% bf (Scrawny, I know lol) looking to do a Lean Bulk for the next 10 weeks while I'm on cycle.

All my protein is from chicken breast (Except my PWO shake and Pre-Bed shake). All of my carbs are from brown rice (except for my PWO carbs which are all sugary carbs). All of my fats are from natty pb.

Finally, I don't count macros from the sauces I use...only total calories.

My TDEE is 3750, running a little high because of my test/tren /mast short esther blast.



Are my calories too high since I wont be doing much (If any) cardio? I'll be lifting hard and heavy 6x a week for this cycle. any/all input is highly valued. I heard some of you guys are the best.
