Some good snakcs that have little or no sugar?
Hi guys,
I really need some advice on snacks that I can have if I'm having a massive sugar craving that will either make it go away or prevent it.
Also any advice on macros and timing of food for a cut would be good.
I am currently aiming at no more than 1600 cal per day.

Quest bars from vitamin shoppe or gnc. They are great tasting and are derived from natural ingredients with low sugar and 30 grams of carbs.

Not an answer unless it gets approved by others. I am trying to learn and answer your question at the same time.
6oz fruit at the bottom yogurt, two scoops of whey protein mix it up tastes like cheesecake.
My yogurt shows 15 grams sugar in the carbs.

Greek yogurt, almonds with cocoa powder, or there are recipes online and in bodybuilding magazines for brownies using protein powder instead of brownie mix.

Try adding liquid stevia to some of your meals. Sweeten up your protein pancakes, strawberries, oatmeal, greek yogurt with PB, it's even good with egg whites and cinnamon, and sweet potatos.
