    Loose 10 lb.

    Hi, I am planning to start first ever cycle, am 53, been training 24 years, thinking test e only for 12 weeks, 250 twice a week, with 4 weeks pct.

    Am 182 lbs now 5, 9inches, light boned, need to loose 10lb to be in good shape to start, don't want to take clen or similar, want to do it natural, with out loosing too much muscle or struggling for energy, any tips please.

    Eat 250 calories under your TDEE and the do 4 x 400 calorie cardio sessions per week....

    Why is it that I lost 7 pounds in my first month of cutting?? Its scaring me since I wanted to cut for 3 months. I dont want to lose to much weight.

    Weight always comes off faster in the initial stages of a good diet. It doesn't continue at that pace, this is why people change their diets after a while.
