246.2lbs this morning. It's going well!! Posted a progress picture in my competition log! I'm very happy with the progress!!

Cheat meal today, feeling absolutely stuffed. I found sugar free jelly powder this week, which means I can have a HUGE bowel (~2.2lbs) of jelly for around 40 calories!

Now I feel sick!

243.8lbs this morning. Bodyfat caliper test revealed another 1% gone. Woo!

Going to really try drive this home now the competition is over. Ill try keep pictures coming too so there's some refrence

A few more! Gonna hit my first goal of 15% bodyfat. Then go build up to maintenance calories for a couple weeks, then cut to 10%.

Then ill aim to add lean mass permanently, keeping BF under 14%. Is the plan anyways, it's quite a fluid plan because I'm not there yet. But something along these lines. I'm still unsure whether I should run a mock contest prep or not later this year. I guess it depends on results.

Well that was interesting, so you Americans call sweet potatoes yams, to distinguish them from different varieties.
