Im being a puss
Cutting for summer for a few months and I've been bitching out lately! About every 3 days I binge. Usually I pride myself on my self control but not lately. The only thing keeping me lean is the albuterol and it's only keeping at about 10% bf.
Btw, I'm on the paleo diet. It seems to be the only thing that has truly worked for me.

ok. Have to hold my greasy mitten up today.
Stayed in bed. Quite literally all day.
Got the missus to bring round dutty greasy fish n chips. Large. And it was great.
Then had my emergency stash 4*chicken burgers4*fish fingers3hash browns with bread. And olive spread(light),
and i loved it.
Tomorrow is a brand new day. Ive just had a rehab day or as matey says
A im a ***** day. Lolol. Crap. Juss woke the missus. Its 2:40 am. Lol

How about not doing a diet where you restrict the types of foods you eat?
If your binging ever 3 days then loosen up your food choices and just hit ur target macros... Or just do a day of IIFYM every 3rd day....
Eat the foods you want.... Control the portion sizes and hit ur numbers.....
