When is your competition and what type is it?
Are you running any gear up until that date, if so what is your plan?
What is your lifting and cardio plan?
What is your goal bf% and weight?
Are the weights of your food cooked weights or raw weights?NO SOURCES GIVEN

When are you starting your cycle and how long do you intend to run it?
Supplementing anything before your morning cardio? Any reason for this being HIIT and your evening cardio being LISS? Or is the LISS MISS instead? Why not do this as soon as you finish lifting?
Have you been following the above diet! If so, what results has it being yielding? Do you know the macro's?
Any chance of a pic so I can see exactly where you are at?NO SOURCES GIVEN

Yes tren A is correct. I definantly have but where I am theres not a great deal around so I opted for tren, because I know it has fat burning or helps with fat burning.
I am starting my cycle next week an plan to run it for 10-12 weeks.
Before my morning cardiot I have a fatburner, vitamin c, and green apple for the sugars.
there is no real particular way about the cardio I just thought this would work well If u have a better idea that would be great. The reason I do it before bed is because im normally f**ked after morning training going to work then training again...just need to refule I guess haha
yeah ive been doing the diet always do but I just maintain what I have with that being said ive never bn one for cardio. Only recently started. just believed eating healthy and hard training. But now I wanna compete I no I have to.
sure I will happily put a photo up if u can tell me how haha
