I was hoping to get some advice about my diet. I am 27, 6'1", 210, around 12-13% bf, and focusing on bodybuilding. Currently I'm lean bulking.

Through analysis of my daily intake / weight through several months I've established my TDEE is in the 3200-3350 range. The plan is to have an average daily intake around 3300, 35% pro (290g), 45% carbs (375g), 20% fat (75g).

I train 7 days a week, at 5am, around 90 minutes per session, no rest days, and 20-30 minutes of HIIT every 2-3 days.

Day 1 - AM: Chest + Front Delts + Side Delts, PM: Abs + HIIT
Day 2 - AM: Back + Rear Delts + Traps
Day 3 - AM: Arms, PM: Abs + HIIT
Day 4 - AM: Legs
REPEAT

4AM: 10g BCAA & Glutamine
430AM: Preworkout (Pump HD)
5AM-7AM: 10g BCAA & Glutamine while training
730AM: 1.5 Scoops Iso-100 (whey), 1 Scoop Size ON (40g sugar, 7g whey, BCAA, creatine, etc) = ~ 350kcal
First 5 hours of day is all liquids... over a gallon by this point.
9AM: 8 oz chicken, 1 onion, 2 chilis, jalalpeno flakes, siracha with 12 oz sweet potatoe, 1.5 cups of broccolli, 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil, multi (anavite), fish oil (animal omega) = ~700 kcal
12PM: Same as previous meal, with multiple cups of decaf in between. Plus 1 serving peanut butter on celery (another 240 kcal) = ~950 kcal
3PM: 1 Egg, 4 Egg Whites, 1 Cup Oatmeal, 1 serving peanut butter on celery = ~720kcal
630PM: 8 oz beef (sirloin, tenderloin, or ground 93%), 1 onion, 2 chilis, jalapeno flakes, siracha with 1 cup brown rice = ~ 800kcal
