    I feel like my diet is way off..

    but I don't think it is, weird I know. Like I think I could eat a litter better but them I'm like well this is good enough. I only vaguely keep track of macros in my head. Today I ate:

    Breakfast-

    1 1/2 cup cheerio
    1 cup milk
    4 hardboiled eggs made into egg salad w a little mirace whip
    monster rehab "protean"

    Lunch-

    6 oz grilled chicken breast
    3/4 cup plain greek yogurt w strawberry jam
    1/2 cup frito chips
    8oz locally made premium ice cream (This was a treat today, not everyday)
    1 large peach
    Nature valley peanut butter granola bar

    Dinner-

    12 oz boneless pork chops
    2 cups milk
    1 xl sweet potato

    Post work out/pre bed meal-

    40g whey shake (at gym)

    1 cup terra sweet potato chips
    2 cups 1% cottage cheese
    3oz beef jerky
    1/2 cup prunes

    This is just what I ate today, it varies daily but maybe fish instead of pork or chicken. Brown rice instead of sweet potato or whole wheat pasta etc..

    I haven't refigured it in a while but I'm taking a real educated guess and say 3600

    Stats please...3,600 sounds a bit high. Need more info.

    As per link provided by Gaspaco, TDEE is 4230, although I believe that to be a bit high. Stats 6' 205lbs 15% bf 26 yrs old. Physical job and working out 6 days a week

    better is (LBM x 15)

    u have about 175lbs LBM (close to mine im just 3" shorter than you).. if i ate 4200cals every day id be a fat mofo.. my guess is so would you..

    what are u trying to do at this point?

    I've been doing a nice slow recomp lately. It's been pretty successful now I'd like to do a nice slow bulk. Maybe 150-200 cals over TDEE. 175x15=2,625 I definitely need more fuel than that, I'd be starving. I feel good when I get about 3500-3750 cals a day
