Early morn
My job hours just changed and I'm having to workout at 3:30 am. Is it bad to workout on a empty belly. I can't get up in time to eat good and workout before work

Not at all. Go for it. Only issue is if you feel a lack of energy in the gym, otherwise... you're good.
