Lets talk diet with hgh and igf....
So can someone help me out on some good reading for diet plans? I am looking to further expand my knowledge in weight training diets, both for bulking and cutting. Espeically when using compounds like hgh and Igf1. Any suggested reading would be appreciated.

Well right now I am looking for an explanation on how to set up my diet. I do crossfit 2-3 times a week and power lift 3 times a week. Right now I am trying to loose weight, I have about 20 pounds to go to get my bf% to where it should be.
I just want to learn more in general about proper diet for weight lifting so my body is in the best performing shape possible so as to maximize my gains when I get to my goal bf% and start to go after increasing strength. I will check out some of the stickies and try to see what questions come up from there.
