    Bulletproof coffee or "Good Fat" coffee

    Does anyone here drink their coffee the "bulletproof" way? which is bascially black coffee mixed with MCT oil or Coconut oil and grass fed cow butter? I started drinking it recently to get some good fats and a nice boost in the morning. Was just wondering other peoples thought on it.

    I stopped drinking coffee a while back as I think it was starting to mess with my head, making me randomly tired at random hours during the day.

    I've started putting in a tea spoon of coffee into my pre workout shakes which I think has a pretty positive effect. Never like how you described, but it's not bad with soya milk, though im not the biggest advocate of that stuff..

    I've had the coconut oil and plain coffee it is helpful all right as pre workout

    I am with Flagg, I have one cup of Java on the morning and that is it. Screws with my mind otherwise. Not sure it's that good for me anyhow.
