    Daily intake of protien

    I've read and researched this online but I'd like your input. For body building purposes what would you say is the best amount of protein to consume per lb or kilo of body weight?

    That's an article by layne norton.
    IMO 1.5g per lb of LBM is plenty. Could depend on the person, cutting or bulking etc...
