    How to approach my recomp??

    Hey, Im plannning to recomp and I dont know how to do it the most efficient way.

    To reach my longterm goal I need to lose about 10pounds of fat and gain about 25pounds of LBM.

    But short term goal for that blast would be At best drop 10 pounds of fat and gain 5 pounds of lbm.

    whats the best way to do it, if im on a test/tren /t3 cycle.

    First, option: 300 cals deficit.
    With that option I mainly aim for fat loss and hope that tren will make me gain LBM even in deficit.

    Second: maintenance
    I let the t3/tren shred the fat. While and anabolic /androgenics property make me gain some muscle.

    Third lean bulk: +300 cals(less likely to make me reach my goal)
    Make me slowly gain muscle and hope that tren will be efficient enough to still shred some fat even in surplus.

    In my case gaining mucle is quite easy cause I can eat ALOT without difficulty. Im almost always hungry.
    However shredding fat is harder.
    I gain fat easely(maybe thats just my low T... IDK).

    whats your thought on that?

    What happened to your bloodwork results for your low T, any update?

    Tomorrow ill call to see if the results are back.

    2weeks ago I got BW done so they certainly have the results by now.
