    am I eating enough?

Hey guys.. Recently turned my head from starting a test cycle because of my age recently.. I'll wait it out but for now I'd like some people to comment on my daily schedule

8 am: 2 cups dry oats with water and washed down with a cup of standard gold whey.. (Some days will start half dozen eggs but always the whey)

9:30am: I make my own weight gained which consists of one banana,2 scoops of whey,1 and a half cup milk,2-3 scoops of peanut butter.. It adds up to around 500-700 calories depending if I add additional foods..
If not stuffed will eat a cup of cashews, (or substituted with pb sandwich)

12:00pm: I eat my lunch which is either a plate of pasta,(lean ground beef) ..chicken breast, ham,or roast.. Mixed with potatoes or 1 cup of brown rice.

    3:00 2 cans of tuna.

5:30ish: supper same as lunch meal.

10:00 or 10:30pm: 2-3 pb sandwich's along with a glass of whey before bed

Note that whey is mixed with milk as well and whatever I have to supper the previous night I make left over. I am 5'8, 160lbs.
Ecto.. Thanks advice is much appreciated.

you'll probably need to calculate your TDEE and determine how many calories you need to eat. You seem young and relatively thin, so you may want to start out at 300 calories over TDEE. Then look at what Macros you need. You might want to do 40/40/20 or go a little higher with carbs. Now comes the fun part - write down everything you plan to eat and the macros and calories for each. Add them up and adjust until you get the correct number of calories at more or less the split of macros you decided on. Keep it as clean as reasonably possible and break it down into more small meals as opposed to 1 or 2 feasts. I'm doing this now and it sucks, but its the only way you can get it dialed in.

Calculate your TDEE. There is a sticky here explaining how. There are several methods. You need to eat calories in excess of that to bulk. The number of calories over that amount necessary to bulk vary from person to person and are the source of some debate. I find that if I eat more than about 300 over, I start to pack on belly fat pretty quickly - especially if the calories are dirty (processed crap, high sugar content, fast food, etc). Others are less genetically predisposed to this condition. Good luck.
