    ECA stack drain Taurine as well?

    I get instant cramps from Clen without Taurine.

    ECA cause the same effect?

    never had leg cramps from ECA. Very rarely with clen

    No leg cramps from clen . Hands shake uncontrollably. Never used eca stack.

    Do get cramps in feet from certain cardio bc my potassium is low so take supplement when I am doing intense cardio.
