I always try to read the labels carefully when comparing products.
Each company will always claim their product is superior to get more people to buy it.
The only thing I can advice you is make sure you are comparing apples to apples ie whey isolate with whey isolate, grams/scoop, cost, etc.
I am also particularly cautious of "proprietary blends" as the exact ingredients and quantities can become fuzzy.

whey protein is whey protein is whey protein is whey protein. Isolate, hydrolized, etc. IMO the difference in bioability is negligible.

Some protein powders have a crap ton of other stuff added to them you may not want like additional sugar for example, some also don't taste very good. I've been using ON Gold Standard and I've been pretty satisfied.

And some are too sweet for my tastes.
You have to ask yourself what are your goals - and what products can help you get there. For some seasons I need more carbs and fat, but if I'm leaning out I want one with lower fats and carbs. I always go back to Isopure Zero carb to cut - it doesn't taste like much, but it will never hurt me.
I also like a whey and casein mix if I'm hungry in the night - slower release.
