    If you're really 25% BF I'd go with a 15-20% deficit.

Sounds good. Just maintain adequate protein intake, meet your dietary fat requirements, and keep the calorie deficit going and watch as the fat comes off!

Thanks brother. Training is tough on 17-1800 cals. Because I work out b4 dinner. Any suggestions for something like that? Felt weak. Should I have at least my BMR in me b4 I train?

That's really up to the individual brother. Some ppl love training fasted whereas others need a good amount of food in them. Experiment with different timing and see which works best for you.

What macros have you set for yourself?

Been sticking to this. But I'm new to the TDEE concept.

Those numbers look good as a Starting point bro. Just experiment with timing meals differently. Slightly more or less carbs and less or more fat, etc. Add lots of veggies.

TDEE is easy enough to understand. It's how much energy (calories) your body requires to power itself for the day. It's an estimate of how active you are and how many cals you need to maintain.
