Diet [HELP]
Hey guys,
I have lost around 17kg naturally in 7 months on a low carbs diet...
But now its been 3 months and Im not even losing any fraction, actually Im just gaining muscles and I can't get rid of the belly fat I got left.
I've been hitting cardio 3x20. [HIIT] IMO my body metabolism is kinda dead because of my diet..
Note:I will be running testo/8weeks ---- Clen2wON,2wOFF ---------T3/winny last 3 weeks.
Can someone hit me up with a new diet plan that is applicable with my situation?? My goal is to drop down to 12% bf.
My status:
23 years old
181 cm
85Kg
I guess 17% ? (picture provided)

Do you track macros and weight?
What's your diet?Last edited by AngryNR3C4; 04-26-2014 at 09:12 PM.

All depends on how you set up your macros.
What I usually do is cut fats up to a certain point, then slowly begin cutting carbs, again only up to a certain point.
I have heard of some pros even cutting down on proteins and upping on essential aminos only.

Cut carbs to >30g/day and up protein with the lost calories. Try for 1-2 weeks and let us know. My 2c anyhow.

I think you should take a diet break for 2 weeks.

Maybe with your big weight loss over the last 7 months, you TDEE has lowered also, pretty close to what are eating.
You might need to recalculate your new TDEE according to your new weight.
The suggestion of giving the diet a break for a few weeks might raise your metabolism, you won't gain fat unless you are 500 cals over TDEE.
Carb cycling would be worth a try.........
