Testosterone through Nutrition
Simple question guys, How can i optimize my Test levels through Diet and Nutrition? What foods and what quanities of those foods should i add to my diet? My diet is currently great, High Lean Protein, Complex Carbs and Healthy Fats are all accounted for but what can i add that'll insure a healthy Test flow?

Just to inform you all, i'm eating 5-7 times a day and i'm currently getting back into Bodybuilding..... I've recently started using Coconut Oil and am loving it, i've also got a 5lb bag of Organic Spirulina which is coming in handy as well.

lose bf%
high intensity training
stress zaps test levels
avoid alcohol
avoid tobacco
zinc
strength training
get plenty of rest
avoid BPA's
insure adequate protein intake
