What My breakfast looks like for the morning
I grind all the nuts, eggs, and oats into an egg...It's ****ing nasty and hard to get down LOL.

Eat that 4 times in a day and throw in a piece of chicken breast and sorted.

Instead of grinding up all those peanuts why not pick up some natural PB and pop a tablespoon or two into your blended breakfast? Protein, good fats, and flavor flavor.

The stores around here carry extremely processed pnut butter with peanuts, and sugar at its second highest ingrediant...
Its what I found and picked it up....
But ill do that asap I get some pure pnut butter.
