Tonight, Dinner, brought to you by Weber...............

Prime Rib of Pork, bone in. 5 pounds. Good bbq rub, then slow cooked on the weber for 45 minutes indirect. Now THAT is some eating!

Yummo!!!!! Although you are a D!ck because you didn't invite us all over to dinner. Although, you would have needed one of these per person with all that we eat....

just like I said. wash the roast, pat dry. rub in some olive oil, but not enough to make it slimy. then my son poured generous amounts of Pappy's over it as I rubbed it in for a minute or so. then on the weber, and cooked for 45 minutes. checked the temp, then on for another 12 minutes. pulled it off. very juicy and tasty. This is an internet pic, not the one I cooked. too lazy to take a pic and transfer to the computer. but they look identical.
