Carb cycling
Hey guys!
I am not an expert in dieting, bulking was always my preferred lifestyle.
I tried cycling carbs before 3-4 low carb days(30g max) followed by one high 500+
Bu I was tired in gym and couldn't get any pump.
I was thinking to do 0-30/150/300/450 days
What do u think?

I'm carb cycling right now, and it's been going pretty well. Lost about 17lbs in 2 months but lifts and strength have barely decreased. I'm doing it pretty conservatively so I don't lose too much muscle. Gbrice has a great carb cycling plan on the forum. I'd link it but am on mobile app. Goodluck.

I am doing Ultimate Diet 2.0 with extreme carb cycling (30-50g and 1300g) and my strength is going up while losing 2lbs per week.
It's normal to not get a pump on low carb days. The most important workout is the one after the carb up. I wouldn't do it to bulk though, too much of a hassle.
