Eggs Eggs Eggs
So lately I have been eating whole eggs almost everyday. I guess I never realized how easy it is to scramble eggs lol. From what I have read they are one of the best sources of protein and the yokes are good for you and the dietary cholesterol in them has little to no effect on blood cholesterol. Is this true? How are you guys preparing your eggs? I made some scrambled eggs tonight consisting of 5 whole eggs, cheddar cheese, ham, and spinach.

I have found studies online that have a group of people eat 3 whole eggs a day for several months and cholesterol stayed almost the same. I also found another study where a group of people ate eggs right after a working out. and it proved to increase testosterone levels because T starts off as cholesterol in the chemical chain of reactions. I have been eating whole eggs right after I work out and can see a difference in gains.

dietary cholesterol in general isn't as big of a factor in high cholesterol as some would have you think, around 90% of your total cholesterol is produced by your own body. People with high LDL need to watch their cholesterol intake, but the general population and especially people engaging in regular exercise with well balanced diets need not worry. A dozen whole eggs daily would be perfectly fine for you or me unless you've been previously told you have high levels of LDLs.

Cheese and eggs is awesome... I guess I never realized how awesome eggs are for you. I have been eating 5-6 whole eggs a day for the past couple weeks. And yes I can easily clear a room from all the liquid egg whites I consume lol it's a good thing I'm comfortable around the people I work with and my girlfriend lol

About 1-1.5 dozen a week for years. Never seem to get sick of them. My goto is over-easy but if I get tired of that scrambled, if I get tired of that I'll make a ham/cheese omelette, if that wears thin I'll poach them and make eggs benedict. If you're cutting watch the hollandaise sauce since it's mostly butter. By this time I'll be ready to start the rotation again.
