Can i use the Carb cycle diet year round?
Think it would be okay?
I would imagine i might not get the size gains?, but to a certain extent i dont want them.
Years ago I stuck to a clean 3000 cal/day diet and still ended up looking a big smooth world strongest man competitor (mini version of course, and without their ridiculous strength.)
This time I'd like to see alot more definition. I'd really like to avoid the super bulk followed by super lean, and instead just find some happy medium.

You are going to need to change your nutrition often to avoid Plato's. your body gets used to it just like your training. Changing your food and training every 6-8 weeks is a good general rule
