    High Carb cutting

    Thoughts on this type of a split? Assuming all foods are coming from your typical bro science book of clean foods lol

    Fats are way too low, well on your way to starving your organs of much needed fats and slamming your sex drive into the ground.

    Other than that yes it's fine, that's basically the exact macro split i use except less carbs and atleast an extra 30g fat.

    I love carbs, and don't mind dropping fats to a pretty low point. I wanted some insight on whether or not it would be effective, to be honest lol. I think the next time I cut I'm going to attempt it.

    Try it out, if it works then happy days.

    Personally I bloat a bit on 300g of carbs so I have to stick to a pitiful amount of 125-150g :s

    What I don't understand is that it's still technically a calorie deficit so it should be fine in theory yet some people think 300g carbs is only possible while bulking lol. Also, in regards to bloating from carbs, wouldn't that just be water weight?

    Yeah it is water weight.

    Which I hate having, so its just personal preference really

    Honestly that looks kind of unhealthy. Idk how you plan on eating that many carbs from clean sources a day. Total calories is all that matter for cutting but damn thats a lot of sugar lol.
