    Classic hard gainer ecto

I am 22 been hitting the gym for about 6 years straight mostly for football, played high school up to semi pro ball about a year and a half of those 6 have been physique based building, i also have sciatica which is kinda stunting my leg growth. Went from 140-160lbs which i think may be my wall at 6'0'' 5.4% bf. Had a coach tell me I don't stand a chance without cycling. Never took a cycle before, well aware of all the effects and well aware of how to manage it the question now is more or less what is the best for my goal of 190lbs and what do the vets and pro's think is best. I hit the gym 5 out of 7 days a week for about 2hrs at a time. Eating well over 5000 calories a day prepped and mapped out to fit my body's needs. My dieting is consistent and constant as well as my training, hate the idea of injectables would rather the orals but i know the orals are a helluva lot worse than the injectables. What are your thoughts? I hear tren and test e for both is the way to go i just need the vets opinions. Tried all sorts of diet plans and meal prepping anything i gain over 160lbs gets shredded up and i just broaden out no actual weight gain associated.

Train less eat more, If you're training for football you should be training more like 3-4 days a week focusing on big compound movements, not for much longer than an hour or so so you're saving more energy for the more important training. Other than that all you can do is eat more since you probably won't see much benefit from a cycle if you're already struggling to gain weight. If you do you'll likely lose it post cycle since you won't be able to eat to maintain the new found gains.

160 @ 6 ft is FAR from your wall, there's basically no way, and it's extremely unlikely you're even close to 5.4% BF naturally, that's as shredded as a pro on a (bodybuilding) competition day.

Often people are not eating as many calories as they think. If you really are 5.4 bf then you would be pretty unhealthy. It's almost impossible to stay that lean year round. What did you eat yesterday?

How was it tested? Idk if you understand how shredded 5% is, you would be walking around gaunt with absolutely no energy, disoriented and puffing your way up a set of stairs.

You need to eat more, some people just have to eat ridiculous amounts of food to gain weight. I'm the same, it's unfortunate but hey at least cutting is easy right? You're just going to have to accept that you have to eat ridiculous amounts of food every day and it's going to have to become an absolute priority. As well as saving calories, ie less training.

Saw your pics, ya you are quite low bf, i d say like a true 7%

Try this: lower your training duration from 2hrs to 1
And up the calories more, i know you are already eating alot, but you gotta eat even more!
No need to do a cycle yet, you can get to 180 no problem

Saw your insta, closer to 10% i'd say. 10% to 7% is a massive difference, and 7% to 5% is an even bigger difference. Like i said you wouldn't be functional at such a low bodyfat, but yes you are lean.

    You need to eat more.
