how to reverse diet?
Hey guys. I've been carb cycling for a few months. Macros for the majority of it have been 50f 150c 270p. I've kept all my strength and lost about 30 lbs, but starting to get sick of always being tired weak etc.
What's the proper way to reverse diet into a lean bulk? I don't wanna go too high carbs as I find carbs fatten me up fast. I weigh like 175 right now, 5 foot 11 20 years been lifting for about 3 years.
Should I start by reducing protein and increasing carbs?

i think you should eat at maintenance cals for two weeks and see how your body takes it.

with the macros you are eating now, 270/150/50 equates to about 2130 cals
what is your bodyfat percentage?

Reverse dieting works by slowly adding calories in every few days/every week. My recommendation based on the varying opinions I've read from would be to add 50-100 calories every 3-5 days. Starting with your fats then your carbs.
