    My diet

    What do you think about my diet?
    07:00 5 boiled eggs, sometimes I add a tomato or some cheese
    12:00 protein shake (no time)
    2:00 half chicken breast or half turkey breast or beef or lean pork (rarely) with boiled veggies (carrots, potatoes, broccoli) or just a salad
    workout
    3:30 protein shake (100cals 20g protein)
    4:00 same as 2:00
    8:00 cottage cheese (200cals 20g protein)

    Maybe a fruit here or there (banana, apple or kiwi) or maybe a handful of almonds with the cottage cheese.

    Stats: 18, 174cm, 73kg, 15% bf I guess...

    Solid food choices but what are your goals? It's summer I'm assuming your cutting? What do your macros look like?

    Like said the foods look good but to be able to know what your TDEE is and what macros are for each meal and overall would be much more helpful because cutting or bulking has alot to do with portions as much as it does what food choices if you eat clean but well over tdee you'll never drop weight..I'm sure you know that but you get the point in what i'm trying to say
