    Estimate my body fat

I was in a pretty bad car accident at the start of summer and ended up gaining quite a bit of body fat. Most of it focused around my belly there. I am having trouble estimating my body fat, as I am very vascular in my arms but still have the stomach. Any help is appreciated.Click image for larger version.

Thanks for the opinions. The estimates are in the range I had figured.

15, you look really good considering, your body just concentrates fat in your belly area same with me. Hit the weights and cardio, eat right and that will go really fast as it looks like you have some training experience.

Thanks. I've been back on a strict diet for a little while now. I've been using a handheld BF device, but I know they aren't the most accurate. They are pretty consistent though, and in three weeks using the same device I've gone from 16% to 12.5%
