Except for some food choices that seems to have been made purely to fill up the macros (Rice, Butter and Chocolate Whey which sounds somewhat odd) modifying a diet, every 3-days seems excessive to me. I can go, easily, two weeks before I know if something is working or not so that would be my only suggestion, leave more time until you modify anything so you can see if it is working or not.

So this diet is in place to help you go from 1-2 meals up to 5-6? If thats the sole purpose, then theres nothing wrong with it...
My main concern would be the fact that you're having protein powder 4 times a day as opposed to real meat. But again, if the purpose of this diet is to have it in place temporarily to get your metabolism going, then do what you think will sit best with your body to make that happen.
Regarding the flax seed oil, I remember reading somewhere that it isn't the ideal food for humans because we can't digest it properly. Ever since then I have cut it out and replaced with other sources of omegas. Maybe someone can correct me on this or shed some more light... its been a while so I don't remember the specifics.

I think flax oil is fine. It's the seeds whole we can't digest as we don't have the relevant enzyme. Fish oils as omega 3 only will be a better choice as flax contains omega 6 & 9 that you will get plenty of from your protein sources.you also need to refrigerate bottled flax oil ideally whereas fish oil you don't.

No need to be rude or offensive. Was just a friendly fact. U cant ask for help when your premises are so out of reality. Look at the guy at 10%. He is from another planet than you. Everybody can see that. You are at least 17%. And that is way over the cycling boarderline aswell.
I would suggest one hour of cardio each morning before breakfast before designing your mealprotocol,
