Cheated today and paid for it...
I've been eating a very clean and bland diet (lots of grilled chicken, white rice, broccoli, and occasional grilled pork) for the past 4 weeks since increasing my trt dose to 500mg a week. Well today i was away from the house, didn't prepare a to go meal so i stopped at Wendy's and grabbed s greasy burger and salty fries. Immediately felt bad but went on to the gym later. My workout was complete trash. I didn't even do 1/2 of my regular routine. I know nutrition is a big part of this but man, i found out just how much junk effects the body's ability to preform. Personally junk doesn’t affect me as long as I get 2000-2500 clean calories that day. This is all the time. I eat about 500 calories of whatever I want a day. About once a week I’ll have 1000 of junk. Maybe once or twice a month a cheat meal. Try to have my junk after my workout. Keeps me sane and works for me.

I cheated last night as well. and I'm pretty pissed.
ate a full,jar of natural peanut butter, I'm talking ripped seal off and dove in with a tablespoon.
downed it with a half gallon skim milk.
been in bathroom all damn day. I'm scared to lift, cuzz ill poop my pants for sure

Man, I cheated sat to celebrate my birthday (50) and my workout Mon morning was sluggish ad hell! Felt like crap all day sunday n just tried to pound down alot of water. I usually can do a once a week cheat but lately I'm not diggin the way it makes me feel

What helps me, is if im plannin on a cheat, i do it as last meal/intake of the day. I find that way, it doesnt start the day and lead to a whole cheat day, dont feel like shit all day, and alot of it breaks down and gets outta my system faster after a cup of coffee the next morn- and usually doesnt affect my following day. Im on a bulk, but i cant do a dirty bulk, i tend to hold too much fat. So i mix a little in here and there throughout the day so you dont get bored. If you start getting bored and aggravated with your diet, you are less likely to keep with it long term. Easier to get rid of the extra 200 or 400 calories from a donut or ice cream cone once in a day, then spending 2 days trying to catch up from that bloating 1500 calorie cheat from burger king. You could cheat a couple hundred caloroes here and there and never notice it, but one hungry trip to the fast food joint, you feel like shit alot longer
