Bulking 12 week cycle
I know to be 100% efficient is to track Macros, buuuuuuuuuuut...
this is what i eat everyday -
Morning - Oatmeal with 2/3 spoons of peanut butter mixed with it
2 x Tins of tuna with whole meal rice (will most likely eat this twice a day maybe once see how i feel) (after training ill have this)
ill eat frozen chicken (the ones with breadcrumbs on them i know this isn't the healthiest option but i do switch from raw chicken now and again) with a tin of Beans.
this is most likely over 2500. I may add a shake into the day. ill eat apples and bananas also one a day.

what are your stats? but anyway 2500cal for a bulk? hmm dont think so

yeah i know it's anywhere from 2500-3000kcal a day

That’s a truly awful diet ‘plan’.
You are going to waste your cycle if you don’t sort it out.

Ok im going to say this.
Bib is right. Your going to bloe this cycle with that
The protien is almost non existent. And your eating little kid food. Chicken tenders and oatmeal . Lol
I also want to point out bentren, you honestly have no place to give any new members cycle advice (which you do ALOT) or diet advice(which you do alot) or PCT advice (also you do alot)
How do you see its ok to do that when you yourself havent even completed half a actual cycle, let alone PCT or successful diet to build muscle?

Well eating them worked for me before benching 140kg at the age of 18 natty so ill stick to what i know and what worked for me. But cheers anyway. that's all i'm doing is relaying what other member would say. literally. i don't give diet advice either because i know mine ain't par with what some people eat here so i tend to stay away from that. But i appreciate what you're trying to say and I will back down a little. Sorry for taking your Podium bby xo
