Soy and steroid
I know that the concept of soy lowering your test level is just a myth . BUT I still wonder should i consume soy or not while I am on cycle since soy still has minimal effect on test. What's you guys's opinion? (I have just started doing veganism, soy is the best source for me to get in that 2g per lbs of protein while on cycle)

Soy if fine, I was vegan for 3 years whilst bodybuilding and at the moment 30-40% of my daily intake of protein comes from soy and I havent ever had any issues at all with my Testosterone or Estrogen.
2g per pound of body weight isnt nessacary, gram per pound is sufficent.

This is one my fav vegan shakes. No soy, tastes great and is a complete source of protein.
