Too much meat too bad ?
I can't eat chicken for whatever reason. I can't just swallow white meat. But as far as beef and goat meat goes. I can easily down about 15 lbs of meat per week easily + sauteed veggies.
I am on a cut right now and still consume good amount of meat which is majority of my diet.
Any downside to it ?

I limit the red meat because of the triglycerides. I used to be a meat and potatoes type person and my triglycerides were 3x normal. Obviously I had no diet at the time, but I cut out red meat and the triglycerides went to the normal range.

I (not a body building training for sports) have been floating between zero carb and keto for a few years and never had any downsides.
Here is a good talk on Red Meat: https://denversdietdoctor.com/nina-t...at-and-health/ as it relates to diabetes, cancer and heart disease.

If you are sick of chicken then I would get creative with cooking it. Spices are very cheap and open a whole new dimension of choices. I built my entire spice cupboard which has about 25-30 spices for about $40.00 and to refill a spice container is about $0.75-$1.50 depending on the spice. On top of spices you also have Sirracha sauce, soy sauce 101 different hot sauces, 101 different rubs/marinades, 101 different "BBQ" sauces. You can also mix up the way you are cooking your food (try boiling chicken, buy a George Foreman or BBQ if you don't already have either, etc). The only thing to watch out for is some have carbs rather than being zero calorie. Even as low as 5g of carbs per serving (Which is usually straight sugar) adds up over 2-4 meals a day per week.
