There is no significant immunbooster
The immunesystem isnt just the white bloodcells. Its the hole you
To boost it, 50% relates to thing u must avoid. Sugar, processed food, toxins, smoke etc..
40% is related to stress.
Only 10% is covered by garlic, ginger, cod liver oil, bloody steak, king crab, naturall vit c sources etc.
Dr Ekberg says. If u think about it, it migth be rigth.
So if u wanna get through Covid, be cool about it and remove sugar from your diett
And, no garlic and ginger in the world, will keep u healthy if u eat processed food all the time.

I am beginning to think he is a quack. So the hepatitis vaccine doesn’t boost your immune system?
There are plenty of studies demonstrating the effects of vitamins on The immune system.
From real life experience, whenever I feel a cold coming on, I take high doses of vitamin C and E and just get a slight effect. If I do not take it, I get hit pretty hard.

Quack ey?...he is swedish. Meaning, almost a bro from my hood. U want me to tell him what u just said??
Anyway, i think he mentioned he is practicing in the us these days.
But i think some of his suggestions are logic. For instance, the body are able to utliize a lot more protein from fat protein sources, than lean ones.
Its totally unatural for the body to cope with lean chicken breast and skimmed milk.
Im def gonna use his ideas when im able to hit the gym again
Big thing he says, is to avoid sugar. Specially fructose. Its just as much toxic as alcohol and the biggest cause of the raise of the metabolic syndrome among the americans, after the autoroties ordered the people to cut down on the fat consumtion in the early 80s.
