Never eat raw eggs guys
If u cook em, u dobble the protein uptake.
3 gs from raw, 6 from cooked.

I didnt know this.
But mayby a combi is best. Some 20-30% more micros from raw. But for protein, u should boil em.

Funny I’m just about to have my 5 large hard boiled egg snack right now. Eggs are great, I never ate uncooked eggs but it’s true bioavailability of the protein is roughly 91% cooked vs 50% raw.
